John Burgess
John Seamlessly bridges the worlds of business and human insight, combining commercial experience with a deep understanding of emotional intelligence. A certified coach and author, he is passionate about unlocking potential through the Enneagram.
John’s passion and purpose is to bring the Enneagram to the world, across businesses, families and individuals, by removing barriers of cost and complexity. Through a simple, accessible assessment, people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and a greater appreciation for the perspectives of others.

Colin Adam
Colin is a seasoned executive coach and psychometric innovator with over 30 years in people
development. An International Enneagram Association (IA) Accredited Professional and ICF
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) since 2005, Colin has coached thousands of professionals
- from CEOs of South Africa's largest corporations to organizational development specialists.
In addition to the Enneagram, his expertise spans psychology, NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy,
non-attachment therapy and adult education.
He is also the co-creator of LearnSmartly, a
learning preferences tool integrating neuroscience and personal mastery principles.
Sharon Bierman
Sharon is an entrepreneur at heart with a deep passion for human development. With a background in teaching and a degree in Industrial Psychology and Sociology, she brings both insight and practicality to her work.
Her passion for the Enneagram is rooted in a simple belief: when we understand ourselves, we understand others and everything changes.
Through coaching and mentoring, she helps individuals gain clarity, unlock their potential, and build more meaningful, connected lives.
Hymie Gordon
With a background in executive search, leadership development, and team facilitation, Hymie brings deep business acumen and a passion for elevating human potential.
He co-developed the Five Lens Enneagram to bridge personal insight with organizational impact, and continues to shape the platform's reach through strategic partnerships and certification programs.
Hymie is a certified PCC Executive Coach and a champion of long-term, values-driven people
development.
